Long Bio

Lord Marr was the Namika of Hillvale. By the start of our story he dies, leaving a power vacuum which the Coalition of Lightning, a collection of his old retainers, are trying to fill. He was obviously a very powerful Lightning, but he did not leave any successors, and thus no legacy to speak of.
